Abstract

본 연구는 간호학과 4학년 학생들의 실습소속감, 전공만족도, 직업가치관이 진로정체감에 미치는 주요 요인을 확인하기 위해 탐색적 조사연구를 실시하였다. 대상자의 특성에 따라서는 적성에 맞춰 간호학과에 지원한 경우, 병원실습 만족도가 높을 경우, 병원실습 중 남자간호사에 대해 좋은 인상을 가지고 있는 경우, 대인관계 정도가 좋을 경우에 진로정체감이 높게 나타났다. 그리고 간호대학생의 진로정체감에 영향을 주는 변인은 실습소속감, 간호학과 입학동기(적성), 실습에 만족, 높은 전공만족도, 직업가치(실내근무), 직업가치(봉사), 졸업 후 병원취업 희망 등이었다. 본 연구를 토대로 추후 대상자를 확대하여 진로정체감에 대한 반복연구를 시행할 필요가 있으며 실습소속감과 직업가치관을 높이기 위한 대학과 의료기관 간의 상호협력 프로그램이나 교육과정 개발 연구를 제안하며, 간호대학생의 실습소속감과 직업가치관 개념분석, 측정도구 개발 연구를 제언한다.

Purpose: This exploratory study aims to identify the influence of clinical practice belonging, satisfaction with major, and work values on the level of career identity among nursing students.
Methods: The subjects of this study are 251 senior students from three nursing departments located in a metropolitan city. Using SPSS 22.0, the study uses technical statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression analysis.
Results: The average scores for clinical practice belonging, satisfaction with major, and work values were 3.61, 3.87, and 3.70 out of 5.00, respectively, and 2.85 out of 4.00 for career identity. The factors affecting students' career identity were clinical practice belonging, aptitude, satisfaction with clinical practice, satisfaction with major, indoor work, service and employment at hospitals with 40 percent being explained by these variables.
Conclusion: Through this study we found that clinical practice belonging has the greatest impact on career identity. In order to enhance clinical practice belonging, universities and clinical institutions need to develop new programs and curricula.
